Baker Stone Property Services was built by a team with real boots-on-the-ground experience and one shared standard: show up prepared, work with care, and deliver every time.

Co-founder Andrew brings a career that spans two continents. In London, he ran Granite & Marble Co., delivering high-end granite & marble  installations and full turnkey refurbishments for luxury hotel groups, interior designers, and construction firms who demanded precision and zero disruption. After relocating to the States, he tallied more experience in facility management — working with sports facilities, schools, and private properties across the region. He brings the operational discipline of high-end project work and the ground-level knowledge of what it takes to keep properties clean, functional, and ready.

Co-founder Lauren founded Nashville 360 Media in 2007, building it into a trusted resource for commercial and residential clients across Middle Tennessee. For nearly two decades she has worked alongside real estate agents, construction and remodeling companies, and property managers — handling everything from cleanouts and staging to full photographic documentation, video, and listing turnovers. She knows what a property needs to look its best.

Together they lead a team that treats every job with the same commitment: done right, done clean, and done on time.
